Getting professional-grade lab data shouldn't be complicated. We’ve streamlined the process into four simple steps:

1. Secure Your Kit: Order your sterile collection kit online or pick up in person.

2. Sample Your Source: Follow the included instructions to collect a small sample of the water you use daily.

3. Ship to the Lab: Use the prepaid envelope to send your sample directly to our specialists.

4. Receive Your Report: Within 3 days, you’ll receive a digital Hair Integrity Report with a custom protocol based on your results.
